Maryland Primary Care Program - Satisfaction Survery

Please consider participating in the Maryland Primary Care Program (MDPCP) satisfaction survey

Every year as part of our participation in the Maryland Primary Care Program (MDPCP), patients ages 18 and above who were seen from July - December last year may be sent a satisfaction survey sometime in February. If you receive this survey, please rest assured that it is legitimate and know that MedPeds providers greatly appreciate your taking the time to complete it as soon as possible. The survey may be completed by web or by mail.

The survey mailing is a requirement for our participation in the MDPCP program and we thank you very much for completing the survey so that we can learn how to improve our practice!
